Herminia Aviles

Herminia Aviles, 81, de Lawrence falleció el sábado 12 de enero de 2019 en la Mary Inmaculada Healthcare Servives con su familia a su lado. Herminia nació y se educó en Naguabo, Puerto Rico hija del difunto Pedro Rodríguez y su esposa Alejandrina Esqualin. Una ama de casa, Herminia vivió en Cantano, Puerto Rico, antes de mudarse a Lawrence con su familia en 1972. Fue miembro de la iglesia la buena simiente en la calle Springfield en Lawrence. A Herminia le encantaba cultivar flores y plantas en su casa, le encantaba cantar y era una persona profundamente religiosa. Sobre todo Herminia será recordado por su amor y dedicación a sus hijos y nietos que disfrutaron de su cocina española especial.
Herminia era la viuda de Gabriel Aviles. Ella es sobrevivido por sus hijos, Neidi L. Ortiz y Carmen L. Sanchez ambos de Orlando, FL. También es sobrevivido por 7 nietos y 13 bisnietos además de su hermano, Angel Miguel Rodríguez de Puerto Rico. Herminia fue predecease por su hijo Angel Luis Sánchez.    
Un funeral se celebrará el jueves, 17 de enero, 2019 a las 10:00 AM en FARRAH FUNERAL HOME 133 Lawrence Street, Lawrence, MA 01841. El entierro estará en el cementerio de Santa María Inmaculada Concepción, Lawrence. Los amigos pueden llamar el miércoles, 16 de enero, 2019 de 4:00 a 8:00 PM en la FUNERARIA FARRAH.

Herminia Aviles, 81, of Lawrence passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at the Mary Immaculate Healthcare Servives with her family at her bedside. Herminia was born and educated in Naguabo, Puerto Rico the daughter of the late Pedro Rodriguez and his wife Alejandrina Esqualin. A homemaker, Herminia lived in Cantano, Puerto Rico before moving to Lawrence with her family in 1972. She was a member of Iglesia La Buena Simiente on Springfield Street in Lawrence. Herminia loved to grow flowers and plants in her home, she loved to sing and was a deeply religious person. Mostly Herminia will be remembered for her love and dedication to her children and grandchildren who enjoyed her special Spanish cooking.

Herminia was the widow of Gabriel Aviles. She is survived by her children, Neidi L. Ortiz and Carmen L. Sanchez both of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren in addition to her brother, Angel Miguel Rodriguez of Puerto Rico. Herminia was predeceased by her son Angel Luis Sanchez.     

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 10:00 am at FARRAH FUNERAL HOME 133 Lawrence Street, Lawrence, MA 01841. Burial will be in St. Mary-Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lawrence. Friends may call Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at FARRAH FUNERAL HOME.
