Jose A. Segarra

José A. Segarra a long time Lawrence resident passed away on Wednesday April 3, 2019. Jose was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on November 19, 1947 to parents Juan Segarra and Herminia Feliciano. Jose came to Lawrence in 1982 and he worked in the landscape industry locally. He is survived by his siblings Nelly, Nereida, Teresa, Marysel and Raul and pre-deceased by his siblings Rene, Ruben and Palmira.  Jose was an avid baseball fan following Los Leones de Ponce and the Boston Red Sox.  He also enjoyed playing Trivia and listening to music.  Joe was a blessing to all who knew him and he will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Friends may call Monday, April 8, 2019 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at FARRAH FUNERAL HOME, 133 Lawrence Street, Lawrence, MA. A funeral se4rvice will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Farrah Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Mary-Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lawrence, MA.
