Michael Said Hachem, 78 of Lawrence joined his son, Dany, eternal life on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill with his family at his bedside. Mr. Hachem was born and educated in Beirut, Lebanon.  He was the son of Said and Saoud (Nohra) Hachem. He was employed in the telecommunications industry while living in Lebanon. With his wife of 57 years Antoinette (Hachem ) Hachem, he moved with his family to Methuen in 1999. He was a parishioner of St. Anthony Maronite Church in Lawrence. In retirement he enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his son, Dany. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children:  son, George Hachem and his wife Stephanie (Stanton) Hachem of Cary, North Carolina, their children Cassandra Hachem of Denver, Colorado and Yanni Hachem of Cary, North Carolina; daughter, Janet (Hachem) Nadira and her husband Raymond Nadira and their children, Danielle Nadira and Andrew Nadira of Metheun; additionally his siblings, Hachem Hachem, Therese Hachem, Imad Hachem, Noha Bou Rjeily and George Hachem.

A Funeral Liturgy will be offered, Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 11:30 am at St. Anthony Maronite Church in Lawrence. Friends may call at the church from 10:30am to 11:30am.
