William Santiago, Jr.

William Santiago also known as Billy,  passed on January 9, 2019 at the age of fifty-two. He was born at the Bon Secour Hospital in Methuen MA on January 26, 1966. He was the son of William Santiago and Carmen Inez Santiago. he also left behind six siblings: Harry Plaud, Lizaida Plaud, Mary Lou Santiago, Lourdes Santiago, Elizabeth Santiago and Roberto Santiago. Billy fathered a son Willie Santiago and two granddaughters. He obtained a GED and was employed at Polyvinyl in the position of machine operator. William was a member of the Massachusetts National Guard in 1983. He enjoyed sports, all of the New England teams and loved watching the games in the company of family and friends. He naturally enjoyed helping others and went out of his way to do so. He will always be remembered as a humble man with a genuine smile and a huge heart.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 18 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM  at Farrah Funeral Home on 133 Lawrence St. Lawrence, MA, and the burial service will be on Saturday, January 19 at 10:00 AM at the Bellevue Cemetery in Lawrence, MA
