           July 1, 1948~ May 12, 2023 (Age 74)

Cito Ortiz Vargas, or Frank as he was known by friends and family, peacefully passed away in his home on May 12, 2023. Frank was born in Altamira, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and moved to Lawrence, Massachusetts in 1994. He was the son of the late Luis E. Ortiz and Juana Vargas. A loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Frank was a hard worker who was very dedicated to his family. He will always be remembered for his kindness to all. He always found a way to make you laugh and lift your spirits. A person who always had a smile on his face and told great stories. 

Frank is survived by his sons Francisco & Armando and his daughter Evelyn. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, grandchildren, friends and many nieces and nephews. 

Cito Ortiz Vargas, o Frank como lo conocían amigos y familiares, falleció pacíficamente en su casa el 12 de Mayo del 2023. Frank nació en Altamira, Puerto Plata, República Dominicana y se mudó a Lawrence, Massachusetts en 1994. Fue el hijo del fallecido Luis E. Ortiz y Juana Vargas. Un amoroso padre, abuelo, bisabuelo, hermano, tío y amigo. Frank era un gran trabajador muy dedicado a su familia. Siempre será recordado por su amabilidad con todos. Siempre encontraba una manera de hacerte reír y levantarte el ánimo. Una persona que siempre tenía una sonrisa en el rostro y contaba grandes historias.

A Frank le sobreviven sus hijos Francisco y Armando y su hija Evelyn. También le sobreviven sus hermanos y hermanas, nietos, amigos y muchos sobrinos y sobrinas.
