Daniel "Danny" Maldonado

Daniel “Danny” Maldonado was born on July 9, 1960 in Bronx, N.Y. to Damian and Isabel Maldonado. He passed away on September 19, 2019 at Brigham Women's Hospital.

Danny was a devout Christian and die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan; who loved playing his fantasy football games.

He was the embodiment of a true fighter, having survived two heart transplants and both skin and prostate cancer.

Danny fought the good fight: emotionally, spiritually, and physically before going to meet His Lord and Savior.

He fought for both his immediate family and Granite United church family.

He is survived by his parents Isabel, Damian, and Joane. His brothers and sisters: Mary, Jolynn, Damian Jr. and Margarita. His wife Karla Santaliz, ex-wife Aury Maldonado,and his six children: Jonathan, Nicole, Jose, Kiara, Karitza, Krizbelle "Bibi", and his grandson Elias. His nephew/brother Shabazz "Benji" Angomas. His niece and nephews: Nancy and Anthony Maldonado and many other close family and friends.

Pre-deceased by his two siblings: Nancy(1981) and Abel "Goly" Maldonado(2005).

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday September 24 from 4pm-8pm and funeral service on Wednesday September 25, 2019 at 9:30am.

All friends and family are welcomed.

Burial will follow at Bellevue Cemetery at 170 May Street Lawrence, Ma on Wednesday September 25, 2019 after service.
