David Samuel De Jesus

David Samuel De Jesus, a gifted musician and technical support representative, died unexpectedly on June 21, 2021 at the age of 42.

David was born on August 23, 1978 in Lawrence to Juan De Jesus and Angela Cora.  He was a lifelong resident of Lawrence with the love of his life, Anna De Jesus, whom he was married to for 23 years.

David always had a love for technology and music.  He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2019 in Sound Recording Technology.  He shared his musical talents with numerous churches across Massachusetts.  He was known as “the musician” for Assembly of Christian Churches.  David also shared with his wife a love for the youth and pre-teens in Massachusetts holding various positions within the church council serving this age group for roughly 6 years.  David was known for reaching out and mentoring others; teaching them to be better men and women who serve God in their communities.

David is survived by his wife, Anna De Jesus; his parents, Juan De Jesus of Lawrence and Angela Cora of Manchester NH; his sister Raquel Escalera; his niece Magdalys Serrano. He is predeceased by his nephew, Ivan Blake Dubois, his grandmother Nereida De Jesus and his uncle, David De Jesus.

David will forever be remembered for his genuine, embracing hugs, his love for his family, friends, and his soulmate, Anna De Jesus.

Friends may call, Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at FARRAH FUNERAL HOME, 133 Lawrence Street, Lawrence, MA 01841.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 25, 2021 at 10:00 am at FARRAH FUNERAL HOME.  Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery, Lawrence, MA.
