Eddy L Gomez

Eddy L. Gomez, 86, of Methuen, a former longtime Lawrence resident passed away on Friday, January 8, 20201 at Lawrence general Hospital. He was born and educated in La Vega, Dominican Republic, the son of Antonio Gomez and Zaida Malogon. Eddy attended college in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic before moving to Puerto Rico for two years. He moved to Lawrence in 1968 and began a long career in the construction trades and  established Gomez Realty/Construction Company. 

Eddy is survived by ex-wife Alsacia M Gomez of Methuen, MA, Sons, Fausto A Gomez of FL and Randol E Gomez of Woburn, MA and daughters, Mirza A Lattin of N. Andover, MA and Maria I Gomez of Methuen, MA. 8 Grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

In addition, Eddy is survived by sisters, Isis A Gomez of Methuen, MA, Mildre Guerrero of FL,  brother Osiri Gomez of PR and a lot of nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Tuesday, January 12, 2021 form 4:00 to 8:00 pm at FARRAH FUNERAL HOME, 133 Lawrence Street, Lawrence, MA 01841. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the funeral home at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Bellevue Cemetery in Lawrence.
