Jill Maureen Ramey, Ph.D.

Jill Maureen Ramey, Ph.D. 55, of Methuen, MA, born on September 19, 1967,  passed away on November 3, 2022 after a brief battle with cancer. 
She was the beloved wife of Issam Ramey and mother to Sebastian and Isabella Ramey. Jill was a devoted daughter of Christine Black and loving sister to Dale and Eugene Black. Jill touched  the lives of every person she met, especially in the classroom as a schoolteacher. The radiance of both her kindness and smile lit up every room and her absence will be sorely felt by everyone who knew and loved her. Jill's brilliance led her to earn her PhD at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell in Program Evaluation and Curriculum Development. Both inside and outside her career, Jill's selflessness was unmatched, and all who met her, loved her, and knew of her beautiful soul.
Friends may call Saturday, November 5, 2022  from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at St. Anthony Maronite Church, 145 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, MA 01841. A funeral Liturgy will be offered at St. Anthony Maronite Church at 11:00 am.  Interment will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery, North Lowell Street, Methuen, MA 01844.
