Juan Jose Frias

Juan Jose Frias, 59, of Lawrence, died Friday, November 20, 2020 at Lawrence General Hospital. Juan was born and educated in San Jose San Salcedo, Dominican Republic, the son of Maria Delores Frias. He came to Lawrence in 1988 and began at his work as a machine operator at Bella Corporation in Haverhill form more than 23 years. Juan enjoyed music and karaoke. He also was skilled at all things electronic and would repair electronic equipment.  He was a fan of the Boston Red Sox and followed "Big Papi" or David Ortiz.

Mostly he loved his family who survive him, including his mother, Maria Delores Frias of Lawrence; Son, Xavier "Buddy" Frias of Lawrence; Daughters, Ildalis Frias of Lawrence and Emma Frias of Santiago, Dominican Republic. Sister: Emma Joaquin and her husband, Jorge Betancourt of Haverhill; Matia Frias of Lawrence and Quisquella Frias and her husband Arismendy Pimentel of Haverhill. One brother: Jose de Carmen Frias of Madrid, Spain. In addition, Juan is survived by several nieces and nephews.

A funeral Service will be held Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at FARRAH FUNERAL HOME, 133 Lawrence Street, Lawrence, MA. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
