Luis A Mendez was born in a loving home in Los Alcarizzos, Dominican Republic, 01/09/1984 - 04/25/2022. Luis was an affectionate husband, brother, uncle, and most importantly father. His parents are Rafelina Perez and Luis Mendez. Luis was blessed with three children, Luis, Jayda, and Janiyah. His wife was Janet Ramos and he loved his family unconditionally. Luis was very outgoing and was known to be the life of the party. He enjoyed going out to eat, traveling with his family, and riding his motorcycle. His favorite restaurant was Tomo even though he loved eating lobster. Luis Mendez will always be in our minds and forever in our hearts.
