Michelle Marie Santiago

January 10, 1970 – March 18, 2024  

Michelle Marie Santiago (Birch), 54, of Methuen, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 18th, 2024.  Michelle was born on January 10th, 1970 in Lawrence, MA at Lawrence General Hospital to the late Eugene Charles Birch and the late Carol Ann Collins. She received her GED in 1988. After that, she worked as a medical tech taking care of patients with disabilities until she was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome, Lupus, and Bone Cancer. She enjoyed spending time with her beloved dog Bella, her family, and her friends. In her spare time, she loved to play bingo, read and write.  

Together Michelle and her former husband Juan Santiago of New York have 2 daughters, Kayla Polanco of Haverhill & Jessica Santiago of Arizona. She was the grandmother to her two grandsons Anthony & Jaylen. Michelle is also survived by her siblings, Kathleen Hees and her husband Greg, Eugene Birch Jr. and his wife Nicole, and Kevin Baker as well as her niece Samantha Felix and her husband Jesus, her nephews Jeremie Daniels and his wife Marylupe and Peter Daniels. She will also be missed by her many extended family members and friends.

Family and Friends are kindly invited to gather and share fond memories with the family on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024 from 4pm to 8pm at Farrah Funeral Home, 133 Lawrence Street, Lawrence MA.
