Obituary
Lawrence - Richard Joseph Couture, 78, passed away from complications of cancer on September 11, 2023. Richard was a lifetime resident of Lawrence, a contractor for 30 years, and a Vietnam veteran, having served in the US Army, with two years stationed in Vietnan.
He leaves his wife of 55 years, Doris (Abdallah) Couture, two daughters, Tammy Hatfield and her husband Bob Borrell of Lawrence, Kelly and Brendon Forest of Dracut, and a son Richard Couture of Lawrence. He is also survived three grandchildren, Amanda and Alicia Hatfield and R.J. Couture, and three great-grandchildren, Myles 4 years old, Mason 2 years old, Kendall 3 years old and Valerie who is on her way and has not made her appearance yet. Richard is also survived by siblings, Diane Loader of Merrimack, NH and Shirley Clemens of East Hampstead, NH and several nieces and nephews.
At the request of Richard, funeral services will be private.
