Richard Jacobson Obituary

Dicky lived in Lawrence his whole life. Dicky was a fun, loving and giving person. He loved to spend time with his family. He also enjoyed watching movies, wrestling, and sports with his son Ricky. He also loved to play cards and board games like Sequence. If you ask anyone, they will tell you he had a really good poker face and was the king of 45's. He also enjoyed going to play bingo with his family and trying his luck at the casino. Dicky always use to say "If you don't bet you don't win baby! ". Dicky also loved to cook. He was the kind of man that didn't need a recipe book, it was all measured by heart and soul. If you ever had his stuffed cabbage you'd understand. Dicky really was just the life of the party, and he will be missed but never forgotten. Dicky you will be forever in our hearts and our memories. He is survived by his son Richard P. Jacobson of Lawrence and three daughters Desiree Jacobson and Lynda Godin of Lawrence, and JoAnn Jones of Florida. He is also survived by his longtime loving girlfriend Carol Scuito of Lawrence. He is also survived by his sisters Christine Harrington 'Fenton of North Andover, Janet Wolfendale, and her husband Bruce Wolfendale of Haverhill, Theresa (Terri) Jordan and her husband Timothy Jordan of Alton Bay, NH and his brother Chester Harrington of Attleboro. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many good friends.

He is predeceased by his mother Doris Harrington and father Chester A. Harrington. He is also predeceased by his three brothers Phillip Jacobson, David Harrington, and Albert Harrington. He is also predeceased by his four sisters Loretta Jacobson, Rita Bourdelais, Ruth Ann Harrington, and Shirley Whitehead.
